The plastic tab to adjust neck size when using as a slip lead is to big and comes to close to the dogs eye. I would suggest something like a soft leather type tab.

I love the leashes, but they took over a month to receive. Customer service was so slow to respond and to resolve the problem. Really disappointing.

I received the duo leash when I had my first dog trained. I adopted another dog and loved the duo so much that I ordered another for dog #2. It is easy to slip on and secure.

K9 Lifeline (Heathers Hero) best purchase ever. Saved my rotator cuff which was taking a toll. I was able to get their names put on them at that time, which I believe you no longer offer. Made it easy to keep track of them at the training center. I’ve aided so many clients in using and purchasing the Side Kick. I love seeing their faces beaming with success…many are in disbelief the magic of the Sidekick…a very rewarding feeling.

My trainer was very specific that I should get my slip lead from Heather's Heroes since the stopper on other brands would slip, allowing the lead to rest over the trachea, possibly harming my dog. Unfortunately, this is true of this brand, as well. Also, the cord from which it is made is very slippery, making it difficult to hold tightly when my dog becomes distracted by something and runs after it. And the the width of the cord means that it cuts painfully into my hand when it goes taut under those conditions. Had it lived up to its billing, I'd be delighted. As it is, I suspect I could have made something at least as functional myself for well under $35.

Excellent high quality leashes that I use with my GoldenDoodle and also my Golden Retriever. Strong enough to handle my 65 to 70 pound dogs.

The black clip slides and does not stay we have to stop every 2-3 minutes and re-adjust the collar it just does not stay tight or where you put it for very long… disappointed wish it worked better or stayed tighter

This is the first thing that has ever effectively stopped my dog from pulling. It’s easy to get on and off at the park, and she doesn’t pull hard against it. I absolutely love it!

The quality of this leash is very nice. My dog responds to it well. We use it around his chest and clipped to his regular collar.

I LOVE this leash. The versatility of a regular leash or slip lead is great. The stopper doesn't move unlike other slip leads I've used and keeps it in the perfect position. I ordered several in different sizes because I love it so much.
